Agreement to Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of services offered at pseudonym.bond by NymBond Learning (“we,” “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility and Accounts

Parents or legal guardians must register and manage student enrollments. You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account.

Enrollment and Sessions

• Courses may have limited capacity. Enrollment is confirmed upon payment receipt.
• We may reschedule sessions due to instructor availability or emergencies.
• We provide concise session notes to families after each meeting.

Acceptable Use

• Use Services for lawful purposes and respectful learning.
• Do not share harmful content or attempt to disrupt sessions or systems.
• Respect privacy: do not record sessions without express permission.

Payments and Refunds

Fees are due prior to course start. Refunds are available before the second session of a new cycle unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply based on location.

Disclaimer

We provide educational support and do not guarantee grades, test scores, or specific outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations or misuse. You may cancel at any time pursuant to the refund policy above.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, they will be brought in state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use indicates acceptance.
